due to demand Regents apartments have brough 2 new apartments online starting Jan 2010.
There will be 2 Grades. Standard plus and Premier to suit your budget

Secure Parking Gate at West

The problem with the electric has now been resolved.
The gate was on a shared circut breaker with the outside lights that fused during the night.
We have instaled a seperate breaker for the gate and would not expect this problem again.
in addition each Apartment will be given a manual key to use for emergensies
